Paul has spent over 30 years in printing and allied fields, including advertising and communications. Paul has held various roles at Kodak since 1992 in both consumer and business-to-business sectors. His professional background includes education at one of the nation's premier universities focused on graphic and printing technology — Rochester Institute of Technology. After earning his Bachelor of Science degree from RIT, Paul joined one of the world's largest advertising agencies, Young & Rubicam, focusing on creative services and print production. His career has also included other agency and client positions.
As a developer Scott has experienced tremendous success in providing affordable housing to special needs populations, such as that for Veterans, that include projects have been funded with a variety of financing sources including 4 % and 9% Low- Income Housing Tax Credits, NYS Housing Finance Agency 4% Tax Exempt Bonds, DHCR HOME/HTF/RARP, local HOME/CDBG, Federal Home Loan Bank (NY), Section 8 Project Based Assistance, Payment-in-Lieu-of-Taxes etc. For a complete project listing, view Scott's project experience link here.

Kimberly is a mother of two, and a teacher. Kim has lived on the north shore of Massachusetts for over twenty-five years. In 2005, Kimberly applied to buy a 40-B Home in Massachusetts and was one of the first people in town to purchase an affordable home. Kimberly holds teaching certifications in Elementary Education, Special Education and Consulting Teacher of Reading. Kimberly formally served on the Board of Trustees of the Marblehead Charter School and was the board secretary. Kimberly holds a Masters Degree in Education and received her Bachelors and Masters degrees from Lesley University. Kimberly is currently a Special Education Teacher in Gloucester, Massachusetts.
